Terms Of Use Agreement Our Use of Your Information. Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a friendly, customized, and efficient experience of using our services. We only collect personal information that is relevant to the purpose of our website. We ask for personal information when you subscribe to our updates/news newsletters and when you want to submit a question about our products/services to our customer support staff. The types of personal information that we may collect on these pages are: full name, address, e-mail address and model of your mobile device. Here at OmniSoft Systems, we respect your privacy. gOmniTracker stores GPS data captured from all devices at its remote site. We will not lend, sell or otherwise make available, your personal information without your permission, unless required by law, or court order. The GPS data is stored in our system and may be reviewed by us for troubleshooting or support purpose. The history data are deleted automatically from the system based on the age of the data. We also review data and information contained in log files located on our system, which record the date and time of each visit to our web site, the user's IP (internet protocol) address, the referring IP address or domain (the prior web site visited), and the files viewed on our web site (including HTML pages, graphics, etc.). We use log file information to analyze data in the aggregate to determine the trends and usage of our site. When you visit this site your IP address is recorded. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to create statistical reports about usage. Your IP address is used to help identify you to gather broad demographic identification that will not be tied to your identity. We do not, however, sell, disclose, rent or share any information extracted from log files with any third parties. Use of Email on This Site We use e-mail addresses to send you the alerts, newsletters and software updates/news information you've requested, to answer the e-mail we receive and to communicate with you about our software.
